We present an executive summary of the results of the fair Biofach in Nuremberg, Germany.

BIOFACH Fair is the largest global exhibition in the organic sector and one of the most important national level in amounts negotiated and export volumes reported. The fair allows the exporters, not only find new buyers, but to follow customers who have to maintain a strong and professional image in the industry.

For organizing the fair, the agencies worked together to promote exports from the participating countries, enabling considerable savings in costs of coordinating third party, both for participating companies and for the donors. The synergy of working between agencies has also been supporting the promotion of Central America as a supplier of organic products, to strengthen the region's position within Europe.

The organic market continues to report the highest rates of growth than any other sector, a market worth millions of dollars annually, responding to the trend of consumers to purchase health care products, without artificial ingredients and environmentally friendly. The prize paid for the products not only help the environment, but also for consumers to lead healthier lives, can handle higher incomes than their non-functional.

Unlike other fairs, in Biofach buyers visiting the fair, have immediate interest in the products offered, as demonstrated by the excellent sales management of the Central American delegation. This is a fair in which sales goals should be clear of the products exhibited, since the negotiation of contracts and placement of orders occurs during the event, and there is great potential to generate additional future sales, following up on contacts business obtained.

Although the real value of the product lies in its organic origin, this market is not out of design and innovation, as there is a wide variety of products that can be essentially similar, but there is difference in presentation and packaging of same, so this is a factor that should not stop it.

El Salvador with a sample of organic soaps and essential oils within the product section of new Vivaness; fair focused on organic cosmetics is simultaneous with Biofach, which enabled him to have a presence in an additional area of the enclosure exhibition, and managed to draw the attention of visitors to this part of the show. This small exhibition served as a referent to visit the Central Hall, where it exhibited the full line of oils and soaps.

During the exhibition, the Central American flag had the opportunity to receive the Mayor of Nuremberg, to meet the supply of various Central American companies that were exhibiting in the booth.
