Since its founding, Johann Breitsamer, have established a very close relationship with each of beekeepers to check and regulate the quality of their work. The tradition obliges them to provide high quality honey, that is why since June 1999, won the European ISO standard certification. In Breitsamer und Ulrico control the entire process for the development of honey, from the origin to delivery in different stores.
