Conapi, founding partner of the Group Alce Nero, is a consortium of beekeepers and organic producers, born in 1978, those working the process of honey and other products derived from the hives. To respect the characteristics of naturalness of the product, the process is extremely delicate operation: honey is filtered, homogenized, conditional on jars and never subjected to temperatures higher than 40 degrees. This process clearly different from that used for the honey industry, food protects the values of honey.
